  • 30 grams Pickled ginger
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt

Directions

Step 1

Gather all ingredients and prepare your sushi rolling station: a bamboo sushi mat covered in plastic wrap, a sharp knife, and a small bowl of water to wet your fingers.

Step 2

In a bowl, mix the crab meat with a pinch of salt. If using canned crab, ensure it's well-drained before mixing.

Step 3

Peel and slice the cucumber into thin, long strips about the length of the nori sheets.

Halve the avocado, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh. Slice it into thin strips and drizzle with lemon juice to prevent browning.
