Ingredients

  • 1 head iceberg lettuce
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • 4 bacon slices
  • 0.5 cup blue cheese crumbles
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Remove any wilted outer leaves from the iceberg lettuce head and wash thoroughly under cold water. Pat dry with a kitchen towel.

Step 2

Cut the head of lettuce into four equal wedges, removing any tough cores if necessary. Place each wedge on a serving plate.

Step 3

Rinse the cherry tomatoes and slice them in halves. Set aside for later use.
