Begin by preparing all the vegetables. Cut the broccoli into small florets. Slice the red bell pepper into thin strips. Slice the zucchini into half-moons. Peel and julienne the carrot. Trim and slice the snap peas diagonally, and chop the green onions finely.
Mince the garlic cloves and peel and grate the ginger.
In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce or tamari and sesame oil.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
