  • 50 grams Powdered erythritol

  • 4 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 pack Sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
  • 200 grams Cream cheese
  • 500 milliliters Heavy cream
  • 250 milliliters Unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon Gelatin powder
  • 50 milliliters Water

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

Step 2

In a medium bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, and 25 grams of powdered erythritol. Mix well.

Step 3

Melt 100 grams of butter and add to the dry ingredients along with 1 beaten egg. Mix until a dough forms.

Step 4

Press the dough into a lined 9x9 inch baking pan to form an even layer.

Bake the crust for 15 minutes or until golden brown, then remove from oven and let it cool.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together 3 eggs, the remaining 25 grams of powdered erythritol, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
