  • 3 pieces Low-carb tortillas or wraps
  • 8 ounces Cooked turkey breast, sliced
  • 6 slices Bacon, cooked and crisp
  • 6 pieces Lettuce leaves
  • 1 large Tomato, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 medium Avocado, sliced

Directions

Step 1

Begin by preheating the oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the bacon slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake until crispy, about 10 minutes. Remove from oven and drain on paper towels.

Step 2

While the bacon is cooking, prepare your other ingredients: wash and dry the lettuce leaves, slice the tomato and avocado, and slice the cooked turkey breast if not already sliced.

In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper to create the sandwich spread.
