Ingredients

  • 1 medium Onion
  • 28 ounces Canned whole peeled tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons Tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried basil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 5 leaves Fresh basil leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Stevia sweetener

Directions

Step 1

Finely chop the garlic cloves and medium onion.

Step 2

Heat extra virgin olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.

Step 3

Add the chopped onion and cook until it becomes translucent, about 5 minutes.
