  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese

Directions

Step 1

Begin by washing the zucchini thoroughly. Using a spiralizer, turn the zucchini into noodles (zoodles). If you do not have a spiralizer, you can use a julienne peeler or a vegetable peeler to create long, thin strips.
