  • 2 tablespoons Cream cheese, softened (for frosting)
  • 0.5 cup Powdered erythritol (for frosting)
  • 0.5 teaspoon Vanilla extract (for frosting)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, mix together almond flour, coconut flour, xylitol, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
