Ingredients

  • 1 head Romaine lettuce
  • 200 grams Cherry tomatoes

  • 1 small Red bell pepper
  • 0.5 small Red onion
  • 1 medium Avocado
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh dill
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley
  • 120 ml Sour cream
  • 60 ml Mayonnaise
  • 60 ml Buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Wash and thoroughly dry the romaine lettuce. Chop it into bite-sized pieces and transfer to a large salad bowl.

Step 2

Halve the cherry tomatoes and add them to the bowl.

Step 3

Peel the cucumber if desired and slice it thinly. Add to the salad bowl.

Remove the seeds and core from the red bell pepper, then dice it into small pieces. Add to the salad.
