Ingredients

  • 200 grams Thinly sliced roast beef
  • 2 pieces Low-carb sandwich rolls
  • 4 pieces Lettuce leaves
  • 1 small Tomato
  • 2 tablespoons Horseradish sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 2 pieces Swiss cheese slices
  • 0.5 small Red onion
  • 0.25 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven broiler to high.

Step 2

Slice the low-carb sandwich rolls in half horizontally. Place them cut side up on a baking sheet.

Step 3

Place one slice of Swiss cheese on each bottom half of the rolls.

Step 4

Broil the rolls for 2-3 minutes until the cheese melts and the tops of the rolls are toasted. Keep an eye on them to prevent burning.

While the rolls are toasting, wash and pat dry the lettuce leaves.
