  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 6 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon Nutmeg, ground
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Grease a 9-inch pie dish (or similar baking dish) with a little olive oil.

Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until softened, about 4 minutes.
