Ingredients

  • 2 slices Almond flour bread slices
  • 1 cup Raw hazelnuts
  • 2 tablespoons Cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons Erythritol or preferred low-carb sweetener
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Heavy cream or unsweetened almond milk

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread the hazelnuts on a baking sheet and roast for about 10 minutes, or until the skins start to crack and they become fragrant.

Remove the hazelnuts from the oven and allow them to cool slightly. Rub the hazelnuts in a clean kitchen towel to remove most of the skins.
