  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.25 cup Sliced jalapeños
  • 0.5 cup Sour cream
  • 1 large Diced avocado
  • 0.25 cup Chopped cilantro
  • 0.5 cup Salsa

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Step 2

Cut the cauliflower into small florets, resembling chip-size pieces.

In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, ground cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the cauliflower is well coated.
