  • 0.5 cup almond flour
  • 0.25 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 large egg
  • 0.5 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 0.5 cup unsweetened ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.25 cup unsweetened ketchup, additional for glaze
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon stevia or erythritol

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Step 2

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, almond flour, grated parmesan cheese, egg, chopped onion, minced garlic, 0.5 cup of unsweetened ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.

Step 7

Serve warm with your choice of low-carb sides like steamed vegetables or a fresh salad.
