  • 1.5 cups Almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Everything bagel seasoning
  • 4 ounces Cream cheese
  • 4 ounces Lox (smoked salmon)
  • 2 tablespoons Capers
  • 0.25 cup Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Dill sprigs
  • 1 Lemon, cut into wedges

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour and baking powder.

Step 3

Separate 2 of the eggs, reserving the whites for later. In a medium bowl, mix the yolks, olive oil, and one whole egg until well combined.

Pour the wet ingredients into the almond flour mixture and stir until a dough forms.
