  • 1.5 cups Almond flour
  • 0.25 cup Coconut flour
  • 0.5 cup Granulated erythritol

  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 cup Butter, melted
  • 1 Large egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.75 cup Sugar-free berry jam
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon zest

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch tart pan with removable bottom and set aside.

In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, baking powder, and salt.

Add the melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract to the flour mixture. Stir until the dough forms and is well combined.
