  • 2 cups coconut oil, for frying

Directions

Step 1

In a medium bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, xanthan gum, and salt until well combined.

In a large bowl, beat together the granulated erythritol, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth. Stir in the almond milk.
