Ingredients

  • 4 large Eggs
  • 3 tablespoons Cream cheese
  • 0.25 teaspoons Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 4 slices Deli ham
  • 2 slices Cheddar cheese
  • 2 large Lettuce leaves
  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 0.5 sliced Avocado (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

Separate the eggs. In one bowl, whisk the egg yolks with the cream cheese until smooth. In another bowl, combine the egg whites with the baking powder and beat until stiff peaks form.

Step 3

Gently fold the egg yolk mixture into the beaten egg whites until just combined, being careful not to deflate the mixture.

Step 4

Spoon the mixture into six even mounds on the prepared baking sheet and gently flatten each with the back of the spoon to form rounds.
