Ingredients

  • 4 links Pork Sausages
  • 4 pieces Low Carb Hot Dog Buns
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 large Yellow Onion
  • 1 medium Bell Pepper (any color)
  • 2 minced Garlic Cloves
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons Black Pepper
  • 4 tablespoons Dijon Mustard (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Step 2

In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and bell peppers and cook until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
