Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a donut pan or use a silicone donut mold.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, salt, and granulated erythritol.
Melt the butter in a small saucepan or microwave it in short bursts. Let it cool slightly and then whisk it with the heavy cream and vanilla extract.
In a large bowl, beat the eggs until light and frothy. Slowly add the butter and cream mixture, continuing to whisk until well combined.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until a smooth batter forms.
Spoon or pipe the batter into the prepared donut pan, filling each cavity about two-thirds full to allow room for rising.
Bake in the preheated oven for 14-16 minutes, or until the donuts are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Remove from the oven and allow the donuts to cool in the pan for about 5 minutes, then carefully transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
To make the glaze, whisk together the powdered erythritol, water, and lemon juice in a small bowl until smooth.
Once the donuts are completely cool, dip the top of each donut into the glaze. Return them to the wire rack to set. For a thicker glaze, let the glaze set a bit and then re-dip.
