  • 150 grams Almond flour
  • 60 grams Unsalted butter
  • 50 grams Granular erythritol
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 240 milliliters Heavy cream
  • 100 grams Cream cheese
  • 30 grams Powdered erythritol
  • 100 grams Fresh strawberries
  • 50 grams Fresh blueberries
  • 50 grams Fresh raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar-free clear glaze

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 175°C (347°F). Grease a 9-inch flan or tart pan with removable bottom lightly with butter or non-stick spray.

In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour and granular erythritol. Add melted unsalted butter, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix until the dough comes together.
