Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds zucchini noodles
  • 1 pound chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 large red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium carrot, julienned
  • 3 stalks green onions, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 2 large egg, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 0.5 teaspoon red chili flakes (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Step 2

Add the sliced chicken breast to the skillet and season with salt and black pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the chicken is browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
