Ingredients

  • 2 cups Almond flour
  • 0.25 cups Coconut flour
  • 1 tablespoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 cups Olive oil
  • 0.75 cups Warm water
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dried rosemary
  • 2 cloves Crushed garlic
  • 0.5 teaspoon Sea salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Kosher salt

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with olive oil.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir to mix well.

In another bowl, beat the eggs until frothy. Add the olive oil, warm water, and apple cider vinegar to the eggs and whisk together.
