  • 1 teaspoon Salt

  • 0.25 teaspoon Cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 4 cups Vegetable oil, for frying

Directions

Step 1

Rinse the chicken drumsticks and pat them dry with paper towels. Set aside.

In a shallow dish, combine almond flour, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Mix well to ensure spices are evenly distributed.
