Ingredients

  • 1 medium head Green cabbage
  • 0.5 medium head Red cabbage
  • 1 large Carrot
  • 3 stalks Green onion
  • 0.75 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Celery seed
  • 2 tablespoons Erythritol sweetener
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Core and finely shred the green cabbage and the red cabbage. Place them in a large mixing bowl.

Step 2

Peel the carrot and grate it finely. Add the grated carrot to the bowl with the cabbage.

Step 3

Slice the green onions thinly and add to the cabbage-carrot mixture.

Step 4
