  • 4 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise

  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Place the chicken breasts on a cutting board and cover with plastic wrap. Use a meat mallet to pound them until they are about 1/2 inch thick.
