  • 3 tablespoons Erythritol sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 0.25 cup Unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 4 squares Sugar-free dark chocolate
  • 4 large Low-carb marshmallows

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a medium bowl, mix together the almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol sweetener, baking powder, and ground cinnamon.

Step 3

Add the melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Stir until a dough forms. If the dough is too sticky, add a bit more almond flour.

Roll the dough between two sheets of parchment paper to about 1/8-inch thickness.
