  • 400 grams Canned diced tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons Tomato paste
  • 125 milliliters Red wine
  • 250 milliliters Beef stock
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 50 grams Grated parmesan cheese (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.

Step 2

Add the finely chopped onion and cook for 5 minutes or until softened and translucent.
