Ingredients

  • 500 grams beef tenderloin

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 100 grams mixed greens
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 large sliced tomato
  • 0.5 medium red onion, thinly sliced

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).

Step 2

In a small bowl, combine the rosemary, thyme, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

Rub the herb mixture all over the beef tenderloin.
