  • 2 cups, shredded Mozzarella cheese

  • 8 ounces Lox (smoked salmon)
  • 8 ounces Cream cheese (for topping)
  • 2 tablespoons Capers
  • 0.5 small, sliced thin Red onion
  • 0.5 large, sliced into wedges Lemon
  • 2 tablespoons, chopped Fresh dill

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix well to combine.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs.
