Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Separate 2 of the eggs. Place the egg whites in a mixing bowl and the yolks in a separate bowl.
Add the cream cheese to the egg yolks and beat until smooth. Stir in almond flour and baking powder until well combined.
