Ingredients

  • 1 Low-carb/keto-friendly rolls
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 2 Bacon slices
  • 1 slice Cheddar cheese, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Unsalted butter
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a medium skillet, cook the bacon slices over medium heat until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Transfer the cooked bacon to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess grease.

While the bacon is cooking, split the low-carb roll and place both halves on a baking sheet. Place in the preheated oven for about 5 minutes until slightly toasted.
