  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 150 grams Sugar-free dulce de leche
  • 30 grams Unsweetened shredded coconut (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, cream the softened butter and erythritol together until light and fluffy.

Add the egg and vanilla extract and mix until well combined.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.
