  • 2 tablespoons Lime juice
  • 2 large Garlic cloves
  • 0.5 medium Avocado
  • 1 Jalapeño pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Thoroughly wash and dry the cilantro leaves to remove any dirt or grit.

Step 2

Peel the garlic cloves and set aside.

Step 3

In a food processor, combine the fresh cilantro leaves, extra virgin olive oil, lime juice, peeled garlic cloves, half an avocado, seeded and chopped jalapeño pepper, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper.
