Ingredients

  • 113 grams Unsalted butter
  • 113 grams Cream cheese
  • 120 grams Peanut butter (sugar-free, natural)
  • 30 grams Cocoa powder (unsweetened)
  • 60 grams Powdered erythritol or sweetener of choice
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch Pinch of salt

Directions

Step 1

Line a square 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper, allowing some overhang for easy removal. Set aside.

Step 2

In a medium-sized saucepan, melt the unsalted butter and cream cheese over low heat, stirring constantly to avoid burning.

Step 3

Once the butter and cream cheese are fully melted and combined, add the peanut butter. Stir until smooth and fully incorporated.
