  • 0.5 cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 0.75 cup Low carb sweetener (erythritol or allulose)
  • 0.5 cup Unsalted butter
  • 0.5 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.25 teaspoon Sea salt
  • 0.5 cup Chopped almonds
  • 0.5 cup Unsweetened chocolate chips

Directions

Step 1

Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper, allowing some overhang for easy removal. Lightly grease the paper.

Step 2

In a medium saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat.

Step 3

Once melted, add the low carb sweetener and stir until completely dissolved.

Step 4

Add the heavy cream, cocoa powder, and sea salt. Cook and stir continuously over medium heat until the mixture begins to simmer gently.

Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
