  • 1/4 cup Coconut flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup Granular erythritol
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1/4 cup Unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 1/2 cup Sugar-free chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons Heavy cream

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a doughnut pan with non-stick spray or butter.

In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, salt, cocoa powder, and erythritol until well combined.

In a separate medium bowl, beat the eggs, then add the almond milk and vanilla extract. Mix these wet ingredients until smooth.
