Ingredients

  • 2 cups Almond flour
  • 0.25 cup Coconut flour
  • 0.5 cup Sweetener (erythritol-based)
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 cup Unsalted butter
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup Dark chocolate chips (sugar-free)
  • 0.25 cup Heavy cream

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, sweetener, baking powder, and salt. Mix until well combined.

Cut in the butter using a pastry cutter or fork until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
