Ingredients

  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut flour
  • 1 stick Butter
  • 1 cup Water
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar-free vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar-free sweetener
  • 1 cup Sugar-free dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the water and butter. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low.

Add the almond flour and coconut flour to the saucepan, stirring quickly until the mixture forms a ball and pulls away from the sides of the pan.
