  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 4 cups Romaine lettuce, shredded
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 large Avocado, diced
  • 0.5 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 0.25 cup Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 whole Lime, sliced into wedges
  • 0.5 cup Sour cream
  • 1 whole Jalapeno, sliced (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
