  • 0.5 cup Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 0.25 cup Fresh cilantro, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Start by preparing the marinade for the chicken. In a food processor, combine the chipotle peppers, minced garlic, olive oil, lime juice, ground cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth.
