  • 0.5 teaspoons Xanthan gum
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 cup Butter
  • 1 cup Boiling water
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 0.5 pound Ground pork
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 2 stalks Green onions, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Grated ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, xanthan gum, and salt.

Cut the butter into small cubes and add it to the flour mixture.

Step 3

Pour the boiling water over the flour and butter, stirring quickly to form a sticky dough.
