Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon Erythritol
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
  • 2 stalks Green onions
  • 1 small Red bell pepper
  • 1 small Cucumber
  • 2 tablespoons Cilantro

Directions

Step 1

Using a spiralizer, spiralize the zucchini into noodle shapes and place them in a large mixing bowl.

Step 2

In a small mixing bowl, combine the sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, tahini, minced garlic, grated ginger, and erythritol. Whisk until smooth to make the sesame dressing.
