  • 2 cups Shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 Large eggs
  • 0.5 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon Butter or nonstick spray

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

Lightly grease an 8x8-inch baking dish with butter or nonstick spray.

Step 3

Spread half of the roasted green chiles evenly across the bottom of the baking dish.

Step 4

Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded Monterey Jack cheese evenly over the green chiles.

Layer the remaining roasted green chiles on top of the cheese.
