Ingredients

  • 500 grams Chicken breast
  • 150 grams Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger paste
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 8 large leaves Butter lettuce leaves
  • 1 small, sliced Red onion
  • 0.5 sliced Cucumber
  • 2 tablespoons, chopped Fresh coriander

Directions

Step 1

Cut the chicken breast into small, bite-sized pieces and set aside.

Step 2

In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, lemon juice, ginger paste, garlic paste, garam masala, paprika, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well to form a marinade.

Add the chicken pieces to the marinade, ensuring that each piece is well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for best results.
