  • 1.5 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Scallions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Water

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, salt, and xanthan gum. Mix well and set aside.
