  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 240 milliliters heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme
  • 0.5 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 30 grams Parmesan cheese

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, almond flour, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Divide the chicken mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty about 1/2-inch thick.
