  • 2 tablespoons Nihari spice mix
  • 1.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 2 teaspoons Coriander powder
  • 6 cups Water
  • 0.5 cup Fresh coriander leaves
  • 2 medium Green chilies, sliced
  • 1 whole Lemon wedges

Directions

Step 1

In a large pot, heat ghee or coconut oil over medium heat.

Step 2

Add the sliced onion and sauté until golden-brown.

Step 3

Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add the chicken pieces to the pot and cook until they are browned on all sides.
