  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 100 grams mixed greens or lettuce
  • 0.5 cucumber, sliced
  • 100 grams cherry tomatoes, halved

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine Greek yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, cinnamon, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create the marinade.
