Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb Chicken breast
  • 6 slices Bacon
  • 2 cups Broccoli florets
  • 8 oz Cream cheese
  • 0.5 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 2 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 0.5 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

Lightly grease a 9x13-inch casserole dish with a small amount of olive oil.

Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.

In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken pieces for 2-3 minutes per side until lightly browned (they’ll finish cooking in the oven). Transfer the chicken to the prepared casserole dish.
